INTRODUCTION
Star Fiberglass self adhesive tape is made of high quality fiberglass, and it has performance of alkaline resistance, flexibility , capillary action, and high tensile strength because of the chemical stability of fiberglass.

It is an ideal material for wall sealing and ceiling cracking, so they are widely used in inner and outer wall insulation, water proof and wall strengthening. It requires no pasting or stapling. It won’t tear, shrink, stretch or bubble, while it hides joints, cracks and holes permanently.

SPECIFICATION
1. Mess size : 9x9mess/inch (2.85 x 2.85mm), 8x8mess/inch (3.2x3.2mm) 10x10mess/inch (2.5x2.5mm), and other size as your required.
2. Weight/m2 : 60g-80g
3. Length/roll: 45m,50m,90m,
4. Width/roll : 50mm, 100mm and other width as you required.
5. Colour : white, yellow.
6. Package : shrink in each roll, 24rolls-72 roll in one carton .

DIRECTION OF APPLICATION
1. Surface must be clean and dry:
2. Centre and apply tape over the length of the joint, Pressing firmly.
3. Apply a generous first coat of compound over the tape and through the mesh, making sure to completely fill the joint crevice. When the joint has been completely filled, wipe off any excess compound with the dryall knife leaving enough to cover the tape.
4. Let dry completely, then sand slightly.
5. Cut or butted boards do not have a tapered edge. Therefore, special care must be taken to assure proper compound penetration of all joints. This may result in slight build-up of compound that will require an increased amount of edge feathering.
